Anyone that knew Chloe already knows all the wonderful things about her that made her special and anyone that didn't meet her, well, you missed out.

Chloe was a beautiful, kind and intelligent little girl with a smile that could melt any heart.

She was a much loved daughter, grandaughter, great-grandaughter, niece, cousin and friend and although they never had the chance to meet her, she is also a much loved sister to Liam and Anna.

Chloe crammed a whole lot of love into her short little life and although she wasn't here with us for long, she'll live on in our hearts forever.
